I started out in the world of sports playing basketball and then moved on to self-defense. After getting into self-defense i quickly realized i needed to gain muscle and size to be more competitive so i started to research and apply every piece of information i could get my hands on. In my quest for information, I took classes in human physiology and nutrition.
Taking what i learned and training for more than 9 years in bodybuilding and 5 years in professional sports, I am more than equipped with the knowledge needed to help anyone unlock their full potential. I have trained more than 50 beginners, 20 amateurs and 7 professionals in the sporting and bodybuilding world.
