I started out in the world of sports playing basketball and then moved on to self-defense. After getting into self-defense i quickly realized i needed to gain muscle and size to be more competitive so i started to research and apply every piece of information i could get my hands on. In my quest for information, I took classes in human physiology and nutrition.

Taking what i learned and  training  for more than 9 years in bodybuilding and 5 years in professional sports, I am more than equipped with the knowledge needed to help anyone unlock their full potential. I have trained more than  50 beginners, 20 amateurs and 7 professionals in the sporting and bodybuilding world.

    Yes! However; i wouldn’t recommend it if you have a specific goal in mind but if you are advanced, this should not matter.
  • How long does it take?
    All plans have a minimum of 3 months. Why? It takes about 3 months before you can see any visible differences in development.
